The ABEL SH solids pump is suitable for a large number of fluids and applications. The strength of this thick matter pump is evident when highly abrasive, pasty and solid media such as dewatered sewage sludge, must be reliably transported at high pressure. At ABEL, this displacement pump is equipped with a particularly large wall thickness and large suction valves, which, together with the very good filling level, leads to an above average service life.

With the actual pump unit consisting of feed, drive and valve cylinders, an ABEL SH solids pump consists of a total of 4 components: the actual pump, the hydraulic drive unit, a screw conveyor for filling  the product cylinders, and a control cabinet with PLC. The programmable logic controller, the brain of the system, allows integration into complex processes and control room systems.
